Stories Worth Telling podcast series

A podcast series created in partnership with Sydney Writers' Festival

The Institute is partnering with the Sydney Writers’ Festival for ‘Stories Worth Telling’, a new podcast series that explores quality journalism and storytelling worldwide. Celebrating excellence in the art of long-form, non-fiction writing and Indigenous reporting around the world, these podcasts provide a global outlook on the history, possibilities and future of journalism.

The conversations in this four-episode series feature Anishinaabe and Polish Canadian journalist and author of ‘All Our Relations’ Tanya Talaga, Kamilaroi woman and The Sydney Morning Herald and The Age‘s Indigenous Affairs reporter Ella Archibald-Binge, renowned American journalist George Packer, award-winning author Don Watson, Warlpiri journalist Rachael Hocking, Kamilaroi/Dunghutti journalist Marlee Silva, author and journalist Trent Dalton, senior journalist Jane Cadzow, and Good Weekend editor Katrina Strickland.

The second episode featuring George Packer and Don Watson was released on 5 August
